Tashirat offers a free, open Yoga class from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM and group Meditation 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM and 5:30 – 6:30 PM Monday through Friday. Apart from this we ask anyone who wishes to visit to kindly make an appointment by contacting us in advance.
